PRINCE WILLIAM PILS / PILSNER / 4.8% ABV

When sipping on this Pilsner, you'll notice a pronounced minerality and a soft, but dry, body. W.E. used two types of malt, European Pilsner and Acidulated Malt, then two hop varieties, German Magnum and Saphir. A clean malt flavor is apparent on the dry finish, with a touch of yeast character that comes from our Franconian Lager yeast strain. The malts and yeast set the stage for the star of the show: The German Saphir hops. A bold, German, Noble hop character with a subtle touch of lemongrass. Most of the hop character comes from late hop additions and dry hopping.

2025 ANNIVERSARY IPA / IPA / 5.8% ABV

9 years open is a big accomplishment worthy of interesting beer and the 2025 Anniversary IPA is nothing short of interesting. This beer has been hopped in just about every way we know and the result is something you've likely never had or will have in the future.

The mash is hopped with whole cone Vista; it's hopped at 1st wort with Centennial. The beginning of the whirlpool got a dose of Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe. The end of the whirlpool got a heavier dose of Citra and Mosaic. This beer got dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, then it got dry-hopped another day with Riwaka and yet a third day with Rakau. That's a triple dry-hopping and all of this in a drinkable 5.8% ABV.

Customer favorite, Don't Haze Me, Bro! has an objectively large amount of hops in its recipe. This beer has nearly double the hops!! For those counting along, that's 9 different varieties of hop in this 9th Anniversary Beer. Is this beer gratuitous? Yes. Is this beer repeatable? No, of course not, there are way too many hops in this beer to be financially responsible. This is a must try and you'll want to try it early because there won't be much of it. The brewers out there will understand that pain.

2025 GRAND CRU PREVIEW (8/15) / 8% ABV

The Water's End Grand Cru is rich in its complexity and tradition. This year is no different featuring a blending of wild ales from Grand Cru past and present. One barrel of Grand Cru 2024 was selected for holding as it awaits the 2025 vintage and a perfectly blended fate.
In recent years, Grand Cru Preview offers a peek behind the curtain of our annual favorite. This year the base beer was designed more specifically to stand alone while still providing the foundation for our custom wild yeast blend featured in the final product. Grand Cru Preview 2025 is a dopplebock by style. Historically brewed by German Friars near Munich, it was preferred during Lent as the heavily malted beer was rich in nutrients while they fasted through the day. The Friars called it Salvator or "liquid bread" and the strong alcohol while fasting probably passed the days a little quicker. Look for a strong malt backbone with biscuit, caramel and a little nuttiness both in the aroma and the flavor. A full mouthfeel comes from the large amount of residual sugar intentionally left behind for our wild yeast to feast as they create this year's Grand Cru.

DON’T HAZE ME BRO! / JUICY IPA / 7% ABV

TRIP TO TAHITI / WHEAT ALE WITH LIME / 5% ABV
