HOPDROP / JUICY IPA / 6%ABV

Named after our logo, this Juicy IPA is light-bodied and crushable with big citrus aroma and flavor from Citra and Amarillo hops.

DILLINGHAM ABBEY / BELGIAN TRIPEL / 8.5%ABV

As a "tip of our hat" to the Monastic brewers of Belgium, we are proud to present 'Dillingham Abbey', a Belgian-Style Tripel. Dillingham Abbey has a rich, malty sweetness and a firm, but pleasant hop presence that creates a contemplative drinking experience. You'll notice a somewhat floral and coriander-like spice character as well as some soft notes of honey and melon. No actual spices or fruit were used in the creation of this beer; those flavor notes are a direct result of a warm fermentation with our house Belgian yeast.

2023 GRAND CRU / BURTON ALE / 11%ABV

W.E. Brew's Grand Cru is an ever changing, yearly opportunity to wow ourselves and most importantly YOU while pushing the boundaries of what craft beer can be. The 2023 Grand Cru is no different and we're ready to push the boundaries again to bring you another remarkable brew at the 7-Year Anniversary Party. W.E. decided on brewing a Burton Ale for this year's batch. This first thread was brewed and transferred into A. Smith Bowman Bourbon Barrels for a long lumber slumber.

A few months later, we traveled down to Rochelle, VA to visit ZD Rock River Farms and harvested over 40 pounds of fresh, locally grown Cascade and Crystal Wet hops! Next, we brewed the second thread of beer; somewhat similar, but in this thread we turned our mash tun into a hopback and filtered the hot wort through a deep, green bed of these wet hops before transferring to the fermentation vessel. These two VERY special brews were then blended together to create this year's Grand Cru! Something old, something new and something blue! The old component being something barrel-aged, the new component is some freshly picked hops and of course the W.E. blue on the packaging!

THE HEAVYWEIGHT / IMPERIAL STOUT / 11%ABV

The gloves came off with this beer. The Heavyweight is a MASSIVE, complex and rich Imperial Stout. With eight rounds of malts including Pale Chocolate, Malted Oats and Roasted Barley, this beer is a bruiser! With notes of baker's cocoa, silky toffee and freshly made chocolate fudge, The Heavyweight has a dense and creamy mouthfeel. The hops play their role well here, keeping the sweetness in check with a spicy and herbal bitterness. Still, the malt is the champion of this beer. We pushed ourselves and our brewhouse to the ropes, but we love Imperial Stouts so we had to toss our hat into the ring.

2023 BARREL-AGED CHRISTMAS QUAD / 9.5%ABV

It's time again to celebrate the holidays! There is NO better beer to celebrate with than W.E. Brew's 2023 Barrel-Aged Christmas Quad! After a well-deserved lumber slumber for almost a year in Isaac Bowman Port-finished barrels, it's time to finally enjoy this unique brew. This deep and layered Belgian Style Quadrupel Ale has transformed within the confines of the barrels. You'll notice notes of dark fruit jam, figs, dates and a whisper of cardamom spice and sweet orange peel. Distinct vanilla and oak aromatics with hints of bourbon and port wine come from the very special barrels used in finishing this very special Christmas beer.

W44 / IMPERIAL AMBER ALE / 8.5%ABV

Bigger. Bolder. Amber(er). W-44 has landed!  A scaled up version of your favorite amber ale gives this beer a Doppelbock feel. W-44 is a boozier, brasher brother of W-22 with bolder flavor and balancing sweetness. Enjoy while you can!

JUICE BUCKET / DOUBLE IPA / 8%ABV

This Double Dry-Hopped DIPA is absolutely loaded with Galaxy and Mosaic hops. Look for intense flavors of passion fruit, peach, blueberry, and more. All of these juicy flavors come only from malt, water, yeast, and most important, hops! (No fruit added)

RASPBERRY / SOUR ALE / 5%ABV

Tart like a freshly picked raspberry and also crisp and refreshing! W.E. Brew's Raspberry Sour is designed as a Wheat Ale to balance and support the fruit, as the beer warms, you'll notice a raspberry sweetness that gives way to a tart and drying finish that will entice you to take another sip. Cheers!

BIERGARTEN HERO / KOLSCH / 4.8%ABV

Water's End's Kölsch starts off with the VERY best European malts and hops and we add a little know-how and patience. In traditional Kölsch tradition, we use a true Kölsch bier yeast strain and a fermentation regimen. Kölsch is a hybrid beer style, meaning that it uses ale yeast and is cold conditioned like a lager.

YOU ASKED FOR IT! / CHOCOLATE & HABANERO STOUT / 6.5%ABV

Enjoy this American Stout with liquified dark chocolate and fresh habaneros! This brew has a full rich chocolate aroma, roasty dark cacao flavor makes way for subtle fresh pepper heat that builds and lingers.

PASSIONFRUIT ORANGE GUAVA / SOUR / 5%ABV

The deliciously tart-yet-crushable nature of our base sour ale is enhanced with loads of fresh passionfruit orange guava purée added to the fermentation tank!

HOOKERS AND COXSWAINS / PUB ALE / 4.8%ABV

A Pub Ale is a sessionable bitter, often referred to as an English Pale Ale or Ordinary Bitter. It's an English Ale, of moderate strength, made for drinkin' and throwing a few pints back with friends and/or soon to be friends "...down the Pub!"

Hookers and Coxswains Pub Ale has a firm bitterness that does not overpower the substantial malt and ester-forward flavors. It is balanced; and a balanced beer is far too often overlooked. This shines with fermentation, malt character and a balancing bitterness that is refreshing and bright. You'll find it's time for another Pub Ale before you know it!

Made with Pale Ale Malt, some colored malts, UK Fuggle hops, high sulfate water and not much else, this Pub Ale would make Jolly ol' England proud! $1 from each full-pour and 32oz Crowler purchase is donated to our local ruggers of The Prince William County Rugby Football Club and rowers of Prince William Rowing Club.

LUCKY ENDINGS / IMPERIAL SOUR / 10.1%ABV

Lucky Endings was years in the making! This collaboration started when two of Trouvaille's Founders, Ricky and Cody, came into Water's End as customers. They made their mark on Water's End history when they picked up the barrel that was used in our first barrel aged beer project. A condition of retrieving this Knob Creek barrel from the heart of the Bourbon Trail in Kentucky was to one day make a collaboration beer when they had a brewery of their own. It was when they joined forces with Stephen and Greg that they were truly off to the races; Trouvaille was born in 2022 and it was time to make good on a years-old agreement.

A few months ago we met up at Trouvaille Brewing Company in Haymarket, VA to brainstorm what beer we wanted to brew together and decided on an Imperial Sour that has nearly 300lbs of fresh mango and pineapple purée. Shortly after, we all got back together and brewed on the Potomac Mills brewhouse; it was then and there that the name "Lucky Endings" was decided for this massive, refreshing sour. Lucky Endings borrows from both of the brewery names, Trouvaille means "a lucky find" combined with the Water's End slogan of  "where water ends and beer begins". Lucky Endings will be available at both Water's End Brewery and Trouvaille Brewing Company. Coming in at over 10%ABV with an approachable tartness in each sip that leaves you wanting another. This is a beer you won't want to miss out on!
